Holy 💩, it’s already December! These kids are so excited for the holidays this year. They are SO BIG 🥰😊

It's hard to believe that my journey with lower back pain and pelvic floor issues began FIVE WHOLE YEARS AGO. For me it started as "I just wanted to be able to move my body freely without lower back pain."

  • I wanted to dance and not worry that my back would tweak.
  • I wanted sex to feel like it did before I had two kids.
  • I wanted to be able to get out of bed and not worry about the first steps I took.
  • I wanted to pick up my kids without a second thought.
  • I got all of that and SO MUCH MORE than I ever expected.

I hate that there are women out there like me who truly believe that they’ll never get back to do the things they loved before they had kids, turned 35+, or experienced injury... women who genuinely believe that their body is failing them and that it will only get worse as the years pass. 😭😭😭

It's simply NOT TRUE.

But you have to be ready to DO THE WORK.

I LOVE that I've helped dozens of women who WERE READY and made the commitment to themselves and their families. They are back to dancing, hiking, jumping without peeing, and ALL the things they love and want to accomplish with their time and families 💛💛💛

  • A yoga block
  • A foam roller
  • A set of dumbbells/kettlebell (15-35 lbs)

  • A bench (a sturdy step, stair, chair, coffee table, or edge of a couch works well too)
  • Some wall space
